Project Management

We have a proven track record for the design and project management of plant replacement and engineering projects. These vary from boiler replacements and electrical installations in schools and colleges, through to replacing chillers, UPS, main electrical switchgear and main water storage tanks for banks and clients in the City of London. We are therefore used to the pressure of ensuring that a dealing room is up and running and back in full operation after a major plant replacement accomplished in the period of a bank holiday weekend.

Due to our extensive experience of office and restaurant refurbishment we generally take a major role in these projects. In some cases such as an office development in Guernsey, we eventually took over the management of the whole project including all cost control duties.

We designed, project managed and cost controlled the conversion of our own offices from a large antique shop into three floors of modern offices.

Project management work includes boiler replacements in schools and plant replacement and supplementary cooling programmes for Hampshire County Council via third party consultants.

Past projects include an office fitout and new data centre with full back up facilities.

We have recently completed project managing the replacement of the comfort cooling system and office refurbishment of a private bank in a Grade II listed building in Mayfair.
